The T-Shirt Spot Return Policy

At The T-Shirt Spot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) under the following conditions:

  1. Unworn and Unwashed Condition: All returns must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  2. Original Packaging: The item(s) must be returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. This includes any boxes, bags, and labels that came with the product.
  3. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
  4. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Return Process:
    • Please contact our customer service team at info@thetshirtspot.com to initiate a return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back the item(s).
  7. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund, minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping costs, will be issued to the original method of payment.
  8. Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  9. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom, clearance or final sale items, are  not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
